OUR STANDARD

Every operator passes before joining our panel.

We use a written checklist. Items in the first group must all be confirmed, in writing, before we place a client.
  • Valid Air Operator Certificate, confirmed with the aviation authority
  • Aircraft listed on that certificate, with valid airworthiness documents and registration
  • Insurance covering passenger charter on the route you are flying
  • Licensed, current flight crew
  • Safety record and regulatory history reviewed
  • Independent safety audit status, where available
ONGOING CHECKS

A good operator today is not a guarantee for next year.

  • We re-check certificates and insurance before each booking, because expiry dates change.
  • We review operators at least once a year and after any incident or complaint.
  • If certificates lapse or a serious concern appears, we remove the operator from our panel.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

The operator is the carrier.

Every flight is carried out by a licensed operator holding a valid Air Operator Certificate. We act as your broker and agent: we find, vet and coordinate, and the operator is legally responsible for operating the flight.
